A) SUBJECT MATTER OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

B) USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS:

The User agrees, in general, to use the Store, purchase Products, and use each of the Store's services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. The User must also refrain from using them in any way that could impede, damage, or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by other Users, or that could harm or damage the property and rights of www.camisaslavespitaes, its suppliers, Users, or any third party.

C) TERMS OF SALE:

The price shown next to the product at all times includes VAT but does not include handling and shipping costs. www.camisaslavespitamotril.es reserves the right to modify this price without prior notice, as well as to remove any item from the product catalog or add new ones. Handling and shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be specified on the invoice. Purchased products must be paid for after placing the ORDER using one of the selected payment methods that will be detailed in the purchase process, according to each customer's payment conditions.

The delivery period is indicative in the purchasing process and may depend on the shipping method selected, which will also be presented and explained in the purchasing process. Incidents such as stock shortages in the factory or supply problems will not be considered in the delivery period. Delays beyond this period will not imply cancellation or reimbursement, nor will they give rise to any compensation when the delay is less than 30 working days. If the delay exceeds the stipulated period, we will contact you to inform you and give you the option of a refund, a new delivery date, or an alternative product to the one missing at that time. www.camisaslavespitamotril.es reserves the right to unilaterally cancel total or partial orders, refunding the amount paid by the customer, except for the expenses incurred in the ordering process. If the merchandise has been shipped, the user will have to take charge of the complete order. The shipment of an order to its destination will generate a numbered delivery note from the transport company, which the customer must collect along with the order, being able to verify that the merchandise that makes up the order is correct and that it is delivered in perfect condition, as signing the delivery note implies the waiver of any subsequent claims regarding the received merchandise. At the same time, an invoice for the order amount will be generated, which will be sent to the customer with their merchandise or by another means agreed upon with the customer. The warranty of the products is that established by the manufacturer, who is in any case responsible for any faults or defects that the supplied products may have, as well as for any possible consequences of their use.

The customer is bound by the terms and conditions specified in the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty applies as long as the product is used under the normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturer, not considering any use other than that established in the warranty, with www.camisaslavespitamotril.es declining all responsibility arising from the use of the same, and not being obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of using the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by individuals, damage to property unrelated to the product, loss of profit or lost earnings, damages arising from deterioration, etc...

D) RETURNS:

If the return is due to damage or defect in the purchased item, www.camisaslavespitamotril.es will cover the shipping cost and the customer has the option to refund the money or exchange the product.

If the return is due to a change of taste, size, color, or any reason not attributable to www.camisaslavespitamotril.es, the first shipment will be at the expense of www.camisaslavespitamotril.es. As long as the order is for the same amount or higher, from the first one, the shipping cost will be at the customer's expense.

WHAT IS THE REFUND RETURN PERIOD?

Once the package is received at our offices and after verifying that the item is in perfect condition, we will proceed to process your return within 24 to 96 business hours from the receipt of the order, depending on the bank.

www.camisaslavespitamotril.es will always try to resolve any conflict amicably in case any incident arises. If it is impossible to reach an amicable agreement that satisfies both parties, the customer submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Motril for resolution.
